Small, tastefully furnished and close to everything.. The Scene
This hotel is easily overlooked amid the bustle of its surroundings. It's located at Washington Avenue and Lincoln Road, where colorful street characters mingle with upscale boutique shoppers, and where discount stores are only a few doors away from posh lounges. The hotel is an oasis of orchids and tasteful, modern design. The Miami Beach Convention Center is one block away; the beach, two blocks.

The Details
French designer Chaban Minassian chose the decor and furnishings. Each of the 45 rooms has hardwood floors with sisal rugs and customized touches such as hand-crafted lamps. Amenities range from cable TV and hair dryers to a selection of organic cucumber-scented bath toiletries. The complimentary baker's breakfast--bagels, croissants and muffins--and a cool afternoon tea are signature treats at this property. Guests can also choose magazines from a library of international publications.
