The owner of this place was very disrespectful to me and my cousin. We were enjoying the entertainment and drinks when the doorman walked over to us and asked us for our ids. I had lost my wallet at the beach the previous day. He asked why I was drinking if I didn't have an id and I reminded him that we had already been served $144 worth of food and drinks. The owner acted despicably asking me to pay only in cash and refused to give me a receipt.
the best – if you ever go to south beach mangos will let you know its there its that kind of place it just stick out frist off it has the fineist girls in front danceing for you ass soon ass you walk in the music is salsa merenge latin all the way the food and drinks are graet a must see if you did not go to magos you didit do sqat you can not say you did it big in miami when you go back home so do your self a faver and get your latin grove on wit tha hottest girls
Terrible Service – I love beautiful women but not when they're rude and have bad attitudes like at this place. The drinks are pretty good though.
I LOVE MANGO"S – Everytime I come to MIAMI Mango's is a must the food and the vibe here can't be duplicated anywhere. I wish they had a Mango's in Las Vegas I would work there for free. There is something truely special about this place. Mango's is the new crown jewel of MIAMI.
Restaurant serving international cuisine transforms into nightclub with exotic drinks served by scantily clad bartenders dancing to live Latin music. – In Short
By day, Mango's is a cozy bar and eatery, catering to the sun-soaking beachgoers across the street. Then the party starts. With several rooms to choose from you can find yourself dancing in the Vodou Room Lounge, sipping away drinks at The Mermaid Bar, or just grabbing a bite of Floribbean delicacies by The Mojito Room. Then the dance floor gets going and the performers can get as lively as the colorful décor.
The Best Place to Party in South Beach!!!! – Mangos is the best place to do it all in south beach!!!! Everything is great from the drinks, dancers, food and bands!!! No other place beats Mangos!!!!!!!
If you like salsa... – then this is your place. I like it, but I also like some variety. I guess there is a different room upstairs that plays hip hop or something. After 2 hours of salsa any kind of music was most welcome, but by the time we caught on to this, the room was closing down for the night.
Drinks were good, lots of tropical drinks to choose from. The people were friendly. I definitely felt like I was in Miami when I was there.
The place to go – You must go to Mango's if you go to SoBe. This place was fun every night. The women dancing on the bar, then serving behind it is the definite draw. Those ladies are hot and can serve a full bar quickly too. The place is full of energy and great music. You must go to Mango's!
Friendly Folks, but you should know how to salsa. – Fun club. Awesome neon painting on the walls, ceiling, etc. Painted by 20 Haitian immigrants or something like that. People are really friendly, but its hard to dance here unless you already know how to salsa, meringue, etc. Amazing dancing/singing women on the bar. A must see in Miami Beach.
User review by rr77 – the atmosphere is amazing - the music's lively and fun, the dancers are great, the crowd was really diverse and entertaining. i thought the female worker's outfits looked a little trashy, but it really just added to the whole miami feel - and the guys got up on the bar and danced too, so it was definitely equal opportunity! i thought that the workers were friendly and accomodating and they were all very interesting, so talk to them if you have an opportunity (men and women workers alike). drinks are pricey, but no different than any other bar in a high profile city. the vip rooms upstairs feature some really great drinks. try the mojitos..they're a little pricey, but delicious. cover is reasonable, $10 or $20 is not high compared to some other miami clubs, and mango's is definitely worth whatever you have to pay.
