New NOA still offers noodles, salads and appetizers of Asia. Now burgers of America too.. The Scene
Like many Lincoln Road restaurants, the newly relocated (a few doors away) NOA is a stylish sliver of space that exists mainly to service the scores of tables set up on the pedestrian mall outside. Unlike many Lincoln Road restaurants, people actually dine indoors at NOA, though they do miss out on observing the mall's colorful sea of ebbing and flowing humanity.

The Food
NOA stands for Noodles Of Asia, though the menu lists only a half-dozen or so noodle dishes. The rest are various appetizers, soups, salads, entrees and such Far Eastern classics as a Black Angus hamburger and Philly cheesesteak. Most dishes are under $15, which by Miami Beach standards makes it moderately priced. Good bets are crispy shrimp spring rolls with plum sauce, pork dumplings with sweetish black vinegar sauce and fat, slippery udon noodles with roasted duck, Chinese sausage and asparagus. Another Asian classic, key lime pie, makes a pretty good dessert.
