Ok food, Ok Service. Recently visited the Miami Beach area and stoped one night at Mezzaluna; although the food was just ok, the service was a little bit better. Our waiter was very attentive and had very good maners. They could do a better work on the drinks though. Tried an apple martini that tasted like cool aid with alcohol. Overall,just ok.

Should be out of business. How can you run a restaurant without any customer service or good food??? I'm sure this place does not get any repeat customers. I get better and quicker service at fast food restaurants.

Horrible Waiters. Saw my waiter twice. Once to get my order and the second time to give me the check with the gratuity tacked on. I got more service from the hostess and the bus boy. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks. Maybe serving 1 other table was too much for him. Not once did the waiter stop by to see if we needed anything else. Although, he did make sure he ran out to feed his parking meter on time.

bad experience.
This was a bad experience for me and my wife. We ordered our food and the waiter never returned to the table. My beer glass was dirty, which I didn't notice until after I poured it. My wife ordered a salad which most of had 1 teaspoon of dressing on it. The table next to us had cold pizza's delivered and no way to return them to the kitchen. One of them returned the pizza herself only to have the pizza retuned again cold.
Stay away.
