In Short
A deep-pocketed crowd pays top dollar for the French-influenced, New American cuisine that rolls out of this kitchen. Signature dishes include trio of tartares and seared duck breast with vanilla whipped potatoes. Unlike many South Beach eateries, where the scene serves as an aperitif, there's not much here other than a trickle of hotel guests passing through the quiet lobby. Despite its exposure, the restaurant does offer a fair share of privacy.
