Best Beer in Miami. This small and unpretentious Sobe gem (soon to undergo an incredible expansion that will offer a full bar with micro distillery spirits) is all about magic. As soon as you enter you realize that you might be into something good. Approach the bar with confidence and any of the bartenders on shift will explain with detail the immense array of special and rare brews from around the world including Brewmaster/Owner Raymond Ragazio's impeccably balanced Immaculate IPA and the bold & creamy Father Theodor Imperial Stout.

My recommendation is to go with the house selection. The Abbey features happy hour from 3 till 7 on home brews and ciders, but trust me, if you enjoy a well made IPA you can drink this golden nectar all day long... with a break or two of Framboise Lambic , hard to find options of Brooklyn Brewery Concoction, Blast and Main Engine, or a Delirium Tremens on tap.

Needless to say the music is always on tune with what you are drinking... Allman Brothers, Jimmy Hendrix, Talking Head, and Rolling Stones are some of the sweet sounds you will hear while you enjoy the mystical and refreshing beer selection.

Taking into account that the bar doesn't offer any food (except popcorn and white castle burgers) you might want to have any of your favorite local food delivered. This is a plus since once you are inside you might never want to leave.

If you're a serious beer drinker, this is the place to be.

If you want good BEER. This is by far the best place in town to get some real beer. Even though it doesn't look like much from the outside it is whats inside that matters. That includes Dave!

So if you go their remember to say hello to Dave.

This tiny hole-in-the-wall offers some of the best microbrews in Miami without the South Beach attitude.. In Short
It's not your typical SoBe bar: No velvet ropes keep you away from the door. No muscle-bound bouncers sneer. No club kids clamoring to get to the front of the line. Just locals grooving to a Grateful Dead soundtrack in the cigar smoke, quaffing hard-to-find Belgian Trappis ales and the Abbey's home-brewed pale ale and oatmeal stout. However, there's still some signature South Beach-ness about the place: It's most crowded during the wee morning hours.

Best beer in miami. If you love beer...this is the place to be. Highly recommend it. The owner is a great guy and knows what he is doing.

GREAT OWNER BREWED BEER AND INTERNATIONAL GOURMET BEER SELECTION. EXCELLENT PLACE! SMALL, DARK, COZY HOLE IN THE WALL WITH FRIENDLY LOCALS AND GREAT BEERS..THE KIND OF PLACE ONLY INSIDE LOCAL WILL KNOW..LOVE TAKING THE CLUELESS THERE..DAVE THE BARTENDER -BEEN THERE SINCE THE PLACE OPENED AND EXCELLENT! OWNER MANAGED AND BREWED..DECENT WINE SELCTION AS WELL..MIAMI COOL

Great place for a pint. Great place to enjoy a beer I think they're website is www.abbeybrewing. com - fun place. If you like darts it's the place to go also . Note much for food but the beer is outstanding.

by far the best place to get beer in miami. lots of great bottled and some tap. good music, great service, youre allowed to smoke, closes at 5am everyday! great place to get away from the south beach scene. no wanksters here. not a place to go for dinner. do not order corona or you might get laughed at.

unusual cosy hole in the wall pub. this sometimes crowded (as it is small and very cosy!!) and lively bar has a great friendly laid back owner who is passionate about his trappist beers and well travelled and researched.

the choice is great and the pub has a very european appeal go to the bar and support Ray and his staff you wont be disappointed see you there!!
