What People Are Saying About La Sandwicherie

In Short – Located across the street from a well-known dive bar (Mac's Club Deuce), the only thing pristine about the place is its name and its upper-crusty bread. Open until the crack of dawn, the restaurant caters to the tattoo artists who work next door, club kids, cops, limo drivers, and anyone with an appetite for a made-to-order sandwich--with or without eight or so toppings, served on freshly baked, crusty French baguette or a croissant.

- There's also a juice bar that whips up smoothies and a few salads on the short menu.
American French Baguette Versus French Baguette
by yseevictoria at Citysearch
From time to time, that feeling of "tiens je me ferais bien un jambon beurre cornichon" comes to mind....! For French people I mean, Swandwicherie should be the right place in the entire Miami area to satisfy that French urge....! (we are talking basic food needs here guys......!) Well, let say that I had a copy (very bad) copy of what could be a jambon-beurre.
The baguette : which should be crispy but not too much, the inside supple but not too much,. the jambon (ham by the way French on the top of it) not greasy, but full of flavor, the butter, real butter between Britany and Normandy, the cheese well Gruyere would be perfect the french one from comte, sorry not the one from Neufchatel (Swiss) and then the French Cornichons, Roland would be fine....! or Maille Perfect....! well to my astonishing surprise (redondante I know) French baguette turned out to be a cuban bread, nothing wrong with it, but does not make it unless it is pressed), the butter, inexistant, cornichon (from Russia or Poland or Publix) the Gruyere, not from Swiss nor France, and the Ham, could not pin point where it was from... sorry!)
So, La Sandwicherie, the name is only what is left of Sandwicherie which means in french : sandwich shop...! how disappointing. and I will not even talk about the service....!
- Pros: real French Baguette
- Cons: the Drawback

Beautiful fresh sandwiches on baguettes and great smoothies and salad. You order from a long counter outside where you can either sit or get take out. There are no tables. They have been open for a long time, so you know in South Beach, that is saying something. I always get the tuna salad because the first time that I had it, it was so good. I try to eat alot of protein if I am eating bread, this is one place where I will eat bread, because the baguettes are so fresh and tasty. Good service, fairly quick, I think, because speed is not usually on my agenda for food prep.
- Pros: Awesome food
- Cons: None
Best Sandwiiches

There are no Tastier sandwiches than at La Sandwicherie. Everything is fresh and tasty. The bread is crusty as it should be and the meat and cheeses are delicious. I could eat here every day. Even vegetarians have a choice here. And don't forget those wonderful little french pickles. I could eat them even without those great sandwiches.Great variety and good prices, although whenever you get the bill it's a little more than it should be. Seems like regular South Beach "creative" math. Other than taht the place has the best sandwiches on and off Miami Beach.
- Pros: Best sandwiches, Best pickles, Variety
- Cons: Waiter's "creative" math
Fantastic Sandwiches!!!

When drinking late at night in the neighborhood, I always try to stop by at Le Sandwicherie. Wonderful sandwiches!!! Those little french pickles are the best.
The only bad thing is the bill- it's always a few more dollars than you expect. How do they add up their math, anyway?
- Pros: Great Sandwiches, Open Late, Close to Bars
- Cons: , paying the bill.
Eats Subway for Lunch

Ok, this place is pretty swank. The Saussison Sec sandwich is very tasty, especially if you load it up with the veggies (make sure you get those French pickles on there, too) and the vinigrette. I still dream about those sandwhiches when I am perusing the usual local fare of West Palm Beach: Taco Bell, Quizno's, Subway...blah.
- Pros: It's not Subway, Fresh, Not so expensive
- Cons: No outside AC? Phuh!, No cons, really
