OKAY FOOD. This place was actually good in the late 90's. Unfortunately it has succumbed to just another run of the mill tourist trap restaurant in South Beach. Food is not bad, but not terribly good either, just ok. What it lacks for in food, it makes up for it in ambiance. Service is slow, but friendly.
