Great service. Very professional and great customer service. I ordered the wrong motherboard from other companies 3 times and had to return them all . Came to Impact and they knew what I needed right away. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Impact

They had the right ac adapter before a business trip!!!!!!. I bought a ac adapter about 25% cheaper from them then HP sells it for!!! Great job guys. They even offered me coffee while I waited for the adapter for my DV6000 to come out.

DON'T GET SUCKERED!. I ordered a part for a customer of mine and got a confirmation e-mail stating that it was shipped UPS ground. Two weeks later I called asking where the part was and I was told that it was backordered for another two months! I asked how they could tell me that it had been shipped weeks ago, and I was told that I was scheduled to received a call later that day. I ordered the part from another company who had it overnighted to me that day directly from the manufacturer. Backordered? Try lying scam artists!
