DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This has to be the worst company I have ever come in contact with! They have taken 1 whole week to come and change a door knob and lock! They say they have called to schedule appointments and have shown up which has been nothing but a lie; and still have not shown up to put the knob. They have been paid in full and no service has been provided. In the meantime I have had to put something up against the door to hold it shut! The day the worker came for the first time he brought his girl friend along who came in her pajamas and spoke about how hungover she was. Unprofessional and Unacceptable!! EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT USE! I REPEAT DO NOT USE!
Twin City Glass are Liars and 2nd Raters!. Twin City Glass pushes hard to make you believe that they are "good guys" who are looking out for you. Don't believe it for a second! I negotiated with them to have a couple of panes of glass repaired and two windows replaced with non-hurricane glass for my older and not too sophisticated mom. Wow. The next thing I knew, they'd had a third party installer install two hurricane windows at double the price and they used PARTICLE BOARD as a framing material. That way, if there ever were a hurricane, the window would be sure to become a five by four projectile whizzing through my mother's living room. These guys suck!
DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS!!! THESE ARE BAD PEOPLE!!!.
We have heard from both other consumers and suppliers! These people take your money and never pay back! I have contacted them over and over since July to get my money back and nothing... the guy doesn't even pick up my phone calls, he forwarded the business number to his cell phone so that you can't contact anyone else!
I am an honest consumer who dislike people that cannot honor their customers or suppliers! BAD PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS - Save yourself the trouble and look for honest people!
LOVE THE REMODELED SHOP AND GREAT SERVICE!.
The new owners were incredibly nice and completed installation of sliding glass doors and impact windows in a month, even though the permit process took the city three weeks to approve. I just ordered a specialty item, a 3/4" glass tabletop, because their price was so reasonable. I would recomend this company to anyone!
The old owners were horrible and I found many lawsuits and a judgment against the old company J & D Inc. of Miami online. Looks like they were in financial trouble before they sold out. Good for us!
