In Short – Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." If you want to talk steakhouses in Miami, you can't include Outback in there. The top steakhouses in Miami include Smith & Wollensky, Capital Grill, Morton's, Ruth Chris, Cristy's, Shula's, Shula's 2, Palm, The Forge and the Chart House. Outback definitley does not belong in a top ten list of any kind.

The Outback has a winning formula that keeps one coming back for more. Great prices, friendly staff, food cooked the way you order it. Some of the best tasting margaritas in town.
