Australian tchotchkes and brews give this quintessentially American restaurant a distinctive Down Under flavor..
In Short
Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Besides more than a half-dozen cuts of steak, diners can pick from large-portioned entrees like ribs, chops and shrimp or chicken "on the barbie." The Bloomin' Onion, a large onion dipped in batter and deep-fried, is an appetizer with a following.
Definitely not a Top 10. If you want to talk steakhouses in Miami, you can't include Outback in there. The top steakhouses in Miami include Smith & Wollensky, Capital Grill, Morton's, Ruth Chris, Cristy's, Shula's, Shula's 2, Palm, The Forge and the Chart House. Outback definitley does not belong in a top ten list of any kind.
not worth the drive. the steaks here are the pits...the baked potato with butter and bacon bits, bread and salad are great.
horrible. place stinks (specially the one by the falls) service is bald waiters are rude food is cold or re-heated
MOIST. PLEASENT ATMOSPHERE. GREAT STEAK. GOOD EMPLOYEE'S AND FARE PRICING FOR GREAT QUALITY.
Consistently good. The Outback has a winning formula that keeps one coming back for more. Great prices, friendly staff, food cooked the way you order it. Some of the best tasting margaritas in town.
Perfect Steak Always. Outback is the only restaurant I have been to that you can always count on getting a perfect steak.
