Feel overcharged and looked down on.... Sorry, we felt overcharged and looked down on. I mean if you spend $600 for an oil change and radiator, maybe they'd rotate your tires, too, or at least offer to make an appointment for you when you ask if they'll - and then charge $15 after you've paid $600 already? Frank was arrogant and seemed as if he didn't want to bother. And a radiator change? Google search shows even a backyard mechanic should be able to do it in an hour. Martin Tire? 2 hours. Maybe this place is the best that you can do. And that's a sad thing...

Very Honest & Trust Worthy. I've been a customer of Martin tire for about 10 of the 15 years they've been in business, and I must say I have never had to question any work done to my vehicles. The owner (Frank Martin) is awesome. He's very honest and always gives me OPTIONS! He goes above and beyond what you would expect from a manager / owner and personally guarantees his work. His employees are all well-spoken, and are like a big happy family. Often times you'll catch his mom (Big Mama) ordering parts at the front desk, or watching her soap operas in the waiting room. They sometimes have great deals going on, which is un-needed because his prices are very reasonable. He's not out to scam you out of your money, and with me being a young lady that is very comforting. It's very close to Aventura Mall and there's a really good cuban restaurant right around the corner if you get hungry. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good prices on tires and auto repair, or just a friendly conversation with "big mama".
