every1 is a diferent experience. i went to lugo's to try it my self, got to be honest i was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but i also heard some good things about them, my experience was wonderfull the people treated me really nice, i had to wait a little long but it was all worth it, i love the hair i'm reusing my hair again and still in it's best shape i'm happy i recomended i got 6 oz of semi straight hair 17" color honey blonde paid about $210

LUGO HAIR CENTER IN MIAMI HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!. like the others, i would prefer to give them 0 stars... the person who takes orders over the phone is ridiculously rude and inconsiderate... she told me that my order was on it's way and should be delivered on time... low and behold IT'S NOT BEING DELIVERED TODAY... so my mom stayed home all day for nothing!!!! then when i asked the INDIGENT for the dang tracking number she said that it's against company policy to give the tracking number... WTH!!!!!!! every damn thing is against their policy... WHAT ABOUT THE POLICY TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!???? HEARD OF THAT POLICY??????????????????????????? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN...

( i had to put one star. it's a zero) That stuff is a mess i had to take it out the next day. i'm to ashamed to tell you how much i spent. professional women think twice before go or when you get there look at the women hair weave then proceed to run clutching your purses.. thank me later...

DON'T BUY IT!. I would prefer to give Lugo's hair "0 Stars" but since I can't, I will have to settle for "1 Star". When my stylist did my weave she could not believe the quality of the hair I brought. Logo's weave is abominable. It was the most expensive hair I have ever brought in Brooklyn and I was enraged. You don't have to believe me but my stylist, family and friends could not believe I spent that much money on that loathsome, detestable hair. DON'T BUY IT unless you have soooooooooo much money you don't know what to do with it.

Can anyone recommend a good name brand to purchase? Money is no object if the product is worth it.

Lugo Hair, I had the worst customer service experience. The product is AWFUL and they DO NOT stand by their product. Lugo Hair has AWFUL hair. When you call to complain, they do not listen and hang up on the customer. They called all persons who complain liars, animals, and more choice names. PLEASE - DO NOT ORDER HAIR FROM LUGO HAIR.
