I would like to award this
establishment with not just the worst pizza place in Miami or maybe the USA, maybe the worst dining establishment I have ever encountered.
I called this weekend on a Saturday at 2pm. Did the on-line thing, got thru and was amazed that it said 2:30 minutes. Called to check and they blamed on a 5 minute rain shower and said no one showed up to work. So I canceled my order, and still waiting after 4 days to get my money back.
Yet my son, a big Pizza Hut fan , from eating at locations run by people who actually value their customers , convinced me on his post Little League victory to order from Pizza hut one more time. On a Wednesday night at 6pm, I have been waiting an hour and half for one large Peperoni Pizza.
This place should just admit they are run by people who have no business in working in the food business and close. Its a complete JOKE!!!!
AWFUL. This Pizza Hut location is awful. You should plan on cooking at home or ordering from somewhere else, particularly if you order over the internet. Placed order at 10:45 pm with estimated delivery time of 12:10 am. Hello its 12:40am Where is my food??? Call the place and was put on hold for 10 mins When the rude female manager picks up the line and proceeds to tell me that my order was cashed out and I must have received my order if it was cashed out!!!!! I think I would know if I got my Pizza!!! You will not be getting my 50 bucks a week anymore!
This national chain is a household name, thanks to its deep-dish and stuffed-crust pies..
In Short
Kid-friendly eat-in restaurants and small takeout shops alike sport interiors done in the signature red and white with a touch of yellow. Orders are placed at the counter--whether customers choose to stay or go--and pies are baked per request. Pizzas--from the hand-tossed to the twisted crust--dominate the menu, but the restaurant also offers chicken wings, salads and cinnamon bread sticks.
