I have been to countless south Florida
weddings and had heard from many friends and acquaintances that I had to contact Always Flowers for my wedding.
When I called to schedule my first meeting, I connected very well with the gentleman who assisted me. He seemed excited for me to come in to discuss my wedding. Within minutes of our call, I received an email, thanking me for allowing Always Flowers the opportunity to be of service and also to confirm the meeting date, time and location with directions.
My meeting was perfect. The girl who I met with made me feel right at home. She was very friendly and took the time to ask a little about me before diving right into the wedding details. She took the time to look at my inspiration photos to help get an idea of my style. She then asked questions about specific colors and flowers, then we looked at lots of photos from previous events they had done. We were able to customize my bouquet and bridal party flowers along with all of the ceremony arrangements, including the ceremony structure. Their work is truly amazing and unique.
When I left the meeting, I felt completely fulfilled. Our discussions were thorough and the girl simply "got me" and all of my visions. She said that it would take approximately a week or two in order to create my wedding proposal, which was fair, I thought, considering how much customizing goes into all of the tiny little details of a wedding. The proposal captured everything discussed during our meeting and also included additional suggestions, which was helpful. After meeting with two other floral companies to compare overall service and pricing, I decided to move forward with Always Flowers. The decision felt right and I felt comfortable with them on many levels, from service, to the product and reputation.
I am thrilled to share that my overall experience truly lived up to their stellar reputation. My wedding was absolutely spectacular. There was not one single detail overlooked. In fact, I felt as though everything that Always Flowers created for my wedding was enhanced and even more beautiful that what I had expected. My guests are still talking about how stunning my flowers and decor were. I recommend Always Flowers to every bride.

Terrible!!!! I went recently to this florist because they came highly recommended to see what they could offer me for my upcoming wedding and I must say I was very dissappointed. Not only was the consultant who met with us rude but I felt like it was a bother for her for us to be there wanting to give her business.She offerred no suggestions or anything of value during the course of our appointment and seemed from the start like she just wanted to get the appoitment over with. I am not sure if this is how this florist does business or if they only like to work with "select" clients but I was very upset when I left because a wedding is a special once in a lifetime occassion and I was made to feel anything but special. I had a couple members of my bridal party with me and they got the same standoffish vibe from he consultant and felt like we were a bother for being there. I advise anyone from doing business with this florist. Not only do they take advanatge of you with astronomical prices but the prices can not even be justified with the quality of service. Very dissappointing.
Flowers were amazing! Service was great. I ordered for my Jewish New Years dinner party and got nothing but rave reviews from all my guests ;-)

We deeply regret the issue JillK369 experienced with our company. Upon Jill's first contact with us she should have been informed that we have a strict policy to only accept 2 events on any given weekend. We pride ourselves greatly on the quality of our work and use this as a means of quality control.
Jill should have also been informed that we already had 1 event booked for her date in March of 2012 and that we had a second pending event for which we had not received a deposit or contract, but for which we had already submitted 2 proposals. These were our mistakes and one of the owners of Always Flowers called Jill personally to apologize for her experience and help her secure another vendor.
After the incident, we had a company wide meeting in order to make sure all new clients were made aware of our policies and potential conflicts and the main Always Flowers employee in contact with Jill was written up.
Jill called us for the first time on Thursday, August 18th, 2011. We left 2 messages for her over the next 4 business days (our offices are closed on the weekends). We finally connected with her on Wednesday, August 24th, 2011 and, on that date, sent her our new bride forms requesting her information. At this point, no floral selections had been made, no order had been placed, and our services were neither secured nor promised.
On Monday, August 29th, 2011, we received the executed agreement and deposit securing the same date for the event pending mentioned above. At that point (3 business days from the main date of communication and information gathering with Jill on 8/24/11) we called her to inform her we would not be able to commit to her event.
Jill was understandably disappointed that we could not service her wedding in March 2012. Again, we deeply regret Jill's experience as we truly respect and value each and every client and potential client greatly. The matter was taken very seriously internally in order to prevent another such occurrence.
We not only take great care and pride in our creativity, our quality, and our business, but in our integrity, respect, responsibility and commitment as well. Hopefully, our standards and morals will translate through in this comment.
Jill - again, you have our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you experienced. We took the situation to heart and hope you know it was taken as seriously as possible.
HORRIBLE!!!. Planning a wedding is intense. So when you finally have a florist it is very exciting! I have been back and forth with them for weeks trying to get them to send me my contract. After filling out forms, sending pics, etc. they called me out of the blue to say they are dropping my wedding to take on a bigger one.
Always A Pleasure. My wife and I have been loyal customers at Always Flowers for about 6 years now. They have been there for us on every Mother's Day, the birth of our 3 kids, all of our anniversaries, and so many other occasions where their creative genius was necessary. Not only are they amazing at what they do, but their attention to detail when it comes to customer service is hands down the best in Miami. It's always a pleasure!
Always the Best. I have been an Always Flowers customer for the past 8 years and they seem to always get more creative with their designs. After reading the reviews, I felt I had to mention that if you are looking for carnations and baby's breath - this isn't the florist for you... And, it's been my experience, that they truly care about their customers. Over the last 8 years, the two issues I experienced (a broken vase and a late delivery), were both resolved professionally and quickly. They showed me that my business was important to them and that's why I keep going back. Time and again Always has consistently been outstanding. I wish more businesses took as much pride in their work as they do.
Sometimes Alaway. after placing an expensive order, flowers were beginning to wilt when received....called manager and he told me nothing can be done(you should have called within 24hrs, sundays they are closed)their attitude was terrible, flowers were horrible and i would NOT orders from this comapany. After being told that they really dont care about returning coustumers,why would you. your very EXPENSIVE flowers will be dead in 4 to 5 days......
NOT RECOMMENDED - WORST FLOWER SHOP IN MIAMI!!!!. NOT RECOMMENDED, it?s the WORST flower delivery service in Miami. Their sales associates have the most awful customer service skills imaginable ? they are beyond incompetent. It?s not a pleasant experience having to deal with them and it was a complete waste of my time. You'll probably get better customer service from Satan in hell.
