Do not take your car and money !!!!!!. Take your car and money somewhere else. Maroone Nissan service department agents are bunch liars and thieves. Service advisor Charlie Medrano charged me $ 800 for 30,000 miles maintenance. When I called back and told Charlie Medrano not to do the work, he still authorized anyway. I would never take my car back there again. If Maroone Nissan

Now I know all the horror stories are true. I've always heard such bad experiences from people buying cars. So I did tons of research before hand. I got online price reports, MSRP's, and data sheets from Consumer Reports.

This is the first time I've gone to a dealership to buy a car and now I know exactly what people are talking about - TOTAL NIGHTMARE. They do endless weird stuff like after I asked to test drive a vehicle the guy said "OK, I just need to make a copy of your driver's licence". Then he disappeared for 45 minutes. He would say something else briefly and then disappear for an hour ... AN HOUR! It was the most bizarre, exhausting, degrading, and humiliating experience I have ever had. I'm literally thinking of just walking everywhere and never buying a car because the experience was so outrageous. To be honest, these people are unethical pigs and criminals.

Never again. I would never, I repeat NEVER do busy with Maroone Nissan ever again. The salesman was very rude, they tried to rush me when I wanted to make sure to read through everything before I started signing away, and its been a month and a half and I have yet to receive my hard tag for my car. I even had to call and threaten to call The Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles. I have to call numerous times before I can even get in contact with anyone. They do not relay the proper information to their customers. I am just disgusted with them. This was my first car so they got away with selling me things that I did not need and overpriced everything. Also, after having my car for only 3 weeks things started going wrong with it. TAKE MY WORD AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Maroone Nissan of Miami (SCAMMERS). On February 05, 2010 I bought a car (CASH) at Maroone Nissan of Miami, I am sure from experience that all charges were correct and that there was no additional charge, and yet having the bill of sale they ordered a new tag for $ 490 after purchase when I already have one and only wanted to transfer to this car. When I discovered the mistake they did I went to the Dealer and they tried to charge me $ 490.00 and the auto tag agency only charges $ 12.85 to transfer my tag to the new car. these pleople always try to charge the fee to the customer without asking if you really want the extra services. For example they extended warranty included on all sales. These issue is not going to stop here because I have rights my next step will be make to complain to the DMV and the Business Bureu so these people think twice when they want to defraud customers. So please if you want to buy a car you MUST READ everything and then sign. and if you don't know ASK. They make a lot of money because people don't READ. AND ALSO FIND OUT WITH LOCAL AGENCY IF THOSE FEE'S ARE CORRECT.

They will rip you off. I have a new car less than a year old. I was told my maintenence plan doesn't cover anything except oil change but yet I'm still charged 24.00 a month. I was told the fuel injecter needed cleaning. I called back and told them not to do it and they did anyway. When I tried to get a resolution, no one cared and they didn't release my vehicle until I payed the 300.00 My stupidity.
