Place to have your car broken into

Parked in cemetery and returned to the car 5 minutes later, car window was shattered and purses stolen from car. When I reported the incident, the cemetery workers told me that it happens on an almost daily basis. Yet, there is no visible security and no posted signs warning visitors of the danger of having their car broken into.
