Prana Yoga rocks! They definitely have the best teachers in Miami! They also have the best massage therapist in town.

I went to take a yoga class at Prana Yoga in Coral Gables for the first time in my life and i'm 32! It was the best experience i've ever had. The teachers instruction was so good and she was very helpful. You really work up a nice sweat in the class and then at the end you do relaxation. Wow! I love yoga It wasn't at all what I expected. Everyone at Prana Yoga was really nice and made you very comfortable. The center is beautiful!
