WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. It has been the worst experience of my life. The worst customer service ever. I was very generous giving them one star. I should have given them "zero"

Awesome Spa Tucked in the Gables. I've heard about Camelot spa for years and never knew they offered massages and facials. I always thought they offered on hair and nail services.

My friend mentioned she got a great massage there recently so I called for an appointment. If you're looking for a great spa experience and need an awesome massage and facial, this is the place to go. I was so relaxed after my massage and came out glowing after my facial.

I will definitely visit the Camelot Spa again. You should too!

Amazing- every time. At Camelot, they make you feel like part of the family from the start. You're greeted, comforted and served. My stylist, Javier is professional and takes his time with me. The staff is a pleasure- warm and friendly. Parking is tough but they always have change. The spa is also amazing. Thanks Camelot

Warning, Warning, Warning. Purchased a gift certificate for my wife for manicure, cut, and their so called hair gloss procedure. My wife has long hair to her lower back. She has had long hair all her life. Shortly after this expensive procedure, and once she was home, she started feling a tingling in her scalp and shortly thereafter large clumps of hair started to fall of directly from her scalp. We contacted Camelot, and both the manger and the owner became very defensive, actually blaming my wire saying that she must have an allergy or taking some medication. Thats not all, when we made our feeling known they actually threatened my wife. Shortly there after we found out that the they were not certified to use the product abd that it was never supposed to touch the scalp, also some of their employees are not even licensed

terrific haircut!!! love it!!!. after searching on the net i found this salon I have never been before.. And what I can tell you is that the hair stylist Derek is the BEST!!!

I love my haircut.. he is a great professional.. Place is very clean.. People treat u nicely..

I will be back again for my next hair do.. I simple recommended. Give a chance to become a doll in the hands of Derek.. If u are going to seat in his chair, believe me u are going out with a smile in your face..

Best Salon in the Gables!!!!. This salon provides excellent customer service!!! They are very accommodating to your needs, regardless of the time you might need the appointment, there is always someone that will attend to you.... Very friendly staff, and the best blowdry in the gables!!!!

Not a happy customer. My experience at Camelot has been bittersweet. I have been to the salon several times and probably had one of the best pedicure I've ever had. Unfortunately, I had to cease giving my business to them because of several reasons. Rudness from employees at the counter where I am received, appointments scheduled on the wrong day and managers scolding me for an associates mistake are not things I think one should have to deal with especially when paying high prices for services. I think in my opinion customers should not have to compromise the customer service they deserve because of Camelot's status and location.

Great to have a Bridal Party. I'm writing to express our positive experience with Camelot Salon and Spa

for our daughter's wedding, bridal party, moms and grandmother's services.

The entire group participated in a variety of spa and salon treatments

and everyone enjoyed them very much. The owner (mother and daughter) were

very warm and friendly and seemed to care about us and how we were feeling

during our time there. In addition, the hair specialist who helped

design the bride's hair style did a wonderful job, both in the planning

and the morning of the wedding at the hotel. We would highly recommend

the services of Camelot !!

Inviting. I just moved from Puerto Rico and I was so scared I wouldn't find a Salon and Spa where I would feel satisfied and comfortable. The service is excellent, I was very impressed and a regular customer for now on.

Best Accomodations during the week... "Always pressed for time" - Camelot awalys accomodates my haircut w/Adrian (great Stylist) as well as any other service i may want (massage or mani/pedi).
