Professional and Helpful Service. The guys at this store are awesome, not only do they give professional service but they are very knowledgeable. Their prices are the best in town. In short, this place is the real deal. You won't be disappointed.

Great Coin store. I've been a coin collector for about 30 years and dealt with alot of different coin dealers at their stores and at coin shows,And have never had a more pleasant experience than shopping at this particular coin store. everybody was very kind and super helpful.answered all my dumb questions, And all with a smile. And the prices are great! The owners been in business for 40 something years. So he must be doing something right. I live on the north end of the county, but will continue to do business with these gentlemen no matter how far the drive is.A+A+A+ In my book

A bunch of crooks - Don't Trust!!!. I went to Gables Coin to sell a few gold coins. What a shocking experience I had! They offer me prices that were sigificantly below the dealer's cost which is readily available from the coin grey sheet. When I asked how they came up with their figures they told me they got the dealer cost from Heritage. it just so happened that I ahd a copy of Heritage dealer costs in my hand. When I showed it to them they told me that the prices were incorrect. Then they told me their system was down! These guys give coin dealers a bad name. They make you feel like you are at a use car dealer. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this place.

a GOOD experience, actually. I will say that an employee by the door was quite unfriendly, but overall I had a good experience.

If you are looking at stocking up on silver bars or rounds to counter US dollar inflation, this is a great place. Back when silver was at $19.40, they sold me 1 oz. rounds at $0.60/over spot. $20 a coin was a much better price than other local stores and online at the time.

Also, I spoke with many employees about silver. I let them know that though I am young, I am learning much more about monetary policy, the Federal Reserve, and Austrian economics. In conversation, I actually found the employees to be very friendly and actually helpful and knowledgeable.

I will definitely go back to continue to stock up on silver.

NOT BELIEVEABLE RUDE SALES REP. I spoke with a representative for this company not once but twice and asked him for specific directions and each time he just said to go to miracle mile and then go east until I found the proper address each to miracle mile.

However I each occasion I told him I was traveling over 70 miles to get to his store and he expected me to know where to miracle mile existed and on each occasion I asked for specific directions from Interstate 95 and on each occasion he gave me the wrong directions and it seemed as if he had other things to do even though I explained it would take me an hour and a half to get to his store he could care less.

So in the long run I found another store half the distance that gave me the same price I was quoted over the phone and got proper directions the first time.

If you decide to use this vendor do so at your own risk because nothing that the men said made any sense. I wouldn't do business with someone like this if he was the only person to do business with in fact I would simply throw my coins into the machine that the bank.

It wouldn't be worth the effort to drive 70 miles to deal with someone who couldn't give me directions after explaining the entire situation not once but twice.

One must ask himself what would one get when they did get to the store as far as service was concerned?

Be wary ! Rude, and Arrogant, bean heads.. My First time visit was horrible. I will never return.

Three men within the store, one I beleive was the owner, all cut from the same cloth.

I was left waiting for several mnutes as I was ignored.

The man whom attended me, was in a horrible rush.

He grabbed a coin I wanted looked at out of my hand as though it was worthless. He made some demeaning comments as he grabbed the coin.Ignored my interest in asking questions. It was all very rush rush and to add insult to injury, they all acted like they had something better to do.

I requested a quote on the value of a rare coin, and following several comments they made, I was offered a fifth of what the coin was worth. Later that day I sold the coin to another dealer for three times what they had offered me. Similar searches for the coin's value where all similar.

I will never go back there again. Theres something WEIRD going on there.........
