Editorial Review for Miss Saigon Bistro – by Citysearch Editors

In Short
The light and fresh flavors that characterize Vietnamese cuisine are on delectable display here. Cha gio, the very popular spring rolls, are sublime. So, too, is the less ubiquitous grilled beef wrapped in aromatic lot leaves (grape leaves with attitude). Crisp pork and shrimp-filled crepes are something different for patrons to experience, but there are more familiar tastes like curry and sweet and sour pork.

This restaurant is a great place for the Coral Gables lunch crowd. You can relax with friends or co-workers, the food is consitstantly good, well priced (for Coral Gables)and best of all good service that won't make you late to work.

It was my first time eating at Miss Saigon. I and 4 others met there for a lunch meeting. I thought the food was good. I played it safe with chicken and broccoli. Good flavor. They bring out the hot spices so you can make your dish really spicy. I am a big fan of spicy food. For dessert I tried the chocolate cake with chocolate sauce. VERY GOOD!! The staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely eat there again. Next time I will be more adventurous.

Pros: Ambience, food

Cons: Parking
