John Martin's ruined my St Patrick's Day.
The pub organized a street fair, selling tickets that you could exchange for drinks and food at some stands (8 tickets= 1 beer). The ticket booth was still selling tickets when beers ran out. We all went back to the ticket booth, but the two employees got escorted by the police with the safe full of our cash. We then proceeded to go to the actual pub, thinking that there they will give us the beers we had already paid for. but they asked us to pay $10 cover charge to get in. Many people stand there, upset and complaining, but the manager of the pub did not even bother to come talk to us. After twenty minutes of wait outside, we were finally told that we could exchange 10 tickets for an entrance to the pub! This place is a complete SCAM and I will never go back there. I hope all the customers who got stolen from this establishment yesterday will do the same. JOHN MARTIN'S SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Fun Spot, Happy Atmosphere.
Besides the feel of being in an Irish Pub, John Martin's serves the best Irish dishes. Their food is awesome! They even have karaoke on Wednesday nights! If you're looking to hang out with some friends and kick back with a cold one, John Martin's rocks!

AMAZING!!.
Excellent restaurant... not cheap but affordable.. great for a night out with your friends, the live music and the buzzing noise of laughter welcomes you. not a fan of loud noise, don't worry, there's an area that allows you to talk to the person across the table without yelling while still enjoying the music! the service is also very good all the waiters are very friendly and helpful..

Best Atmosphere! Wholesome food and people.
Well, I love this place! I always go with my friends when I am back in Miami. It has a sort of European feel to it and the atmosphere is cool and relaxed. Last time I was there I had their burger and a side salad that had the best dressing... I am not sure what it was but I think it was the house. we also tried their self brewed wheat beer which was good and really affordable. I like supporting family run place like Johnmartin's and you know the food your getting is homemade.

Great Place, Nice People.
I went to John Martins on my birthday, and when no other restaurant in the area would take reservations, they did. They gladly accommodated my party of 22 and brought our food promptly considering the size of the group.
I've had the fish and chips, the New Zealand mussels, and the stuffed tortellini... All have been fantastic. And the chocolate cake they brought me for my birthday was delicious. Thankfully the waiters did no cheesy singing, they left that to my friends.

Good food & drinks, nice ambience.
We really like this place. My husband loves the spinach salad and we often go with the girls for lunch so he can have it, even if he had it the night before. Friday nights are a lot of fun, with great live music and a rambunctious happy hour crowd. Very casual and relaxed setting. Good food and drinks. Great weekend place and great for kids during the day.

Good burger.
This place was pretty good. I was very skeptical about an "Irish Pub" in Miami of all places, but my burger was good. I think my friend got the Shepard's Pie, and he seemed to like it. Prices were reasonable and service was good.

Run by Irishmen Martin Lynch and John Clarke, this pub proudly proclaims its heritage in Latin-friendly Coral Gables..
The Scene
If you could see past your nose in this dim, forest-green and wood-paneled pub, you'd notice burly suspender-wearing types lounging at the bar and cigar-smoking execs dining in the supper rooms. No fruity drinks or mojitos here: This is a popular scene for the portly, hard-drinking, Guinness-moustached crowd.
The Food
The traditional sausage-and-potatoes dish is typical of the Irish fare served, which also includes potato soup, corned beef and cabbage, Irish lamb stew, fish-and-chips, pan-seared calf's liver, and shepherd's pie. Seafood dishes like fresh dolphin sandwiches and grilled salmon with a dill cream sauce round out the menu. Order Harp, Bass and Guinness on tap.
