Swisstime Care took care of me and my 3 timepieces. One is over 50 years old & was overhauled, one was polished and calibrated to like new status and the other had a battery replaced. All 3 watches were back in my hands in 1 week and at a fraction of the cost of other repair shops. The shop is impeccable and resembles a NASA lab. The staff is courteous and professional. No reason to go anywhere else. They will get my business from here on out.

Slowwww service!!!. Swisstime has had my watch over a month now and I am only getting a battery change. I called and they stated it would be another few weeks before it is repaired. For a battery??? 2 months??? Really???? Never again.

5 star!. have been fortunate enough to deal with Swiss Time Care twice now.

The first time my Swiss Army watch, model Maveric needed a battery

replacement after 8 yrs. It also needed the crystal reset because it

was set incorrectly by Swiss Army themselves when I sent it to them on

the 3 year of owning because I had broke the original crystal. The

watch was also loosing about 5 minutes of time. They recommended I do

a service on it and perform a polish and cleaning to the bracelet and

case. When I picked up my watch which was done in about 2 weeks it

looked new. They had reset the crystal perfectly. So well that I had

hit the bezel and dented it and it didn't break the crystal. The

polishing had removed scratches and dents that I thought would never

come out. The second time I delt with them was very recent. I had to

return the watch because it was still loosing time. They replaced the

movement on it under the warranty of the service. They also did a face

swap from black to blue at a very resonanble price ( $50 parts and

labor including the hands ) which came out fantastic. They packaged

the original black face for me in a small case to protect it with the

original hands. They also repolished my watch for free removing the

dent on the bezel that I mentioned above. When I went in to pay for

the repairs to be performed they already had my watch finished. They

always perform the water resistance test to ensure no leaks. I feel

like I have a new watch on my hand now. All in all I am extremely

happy with Swiss Time Care's work, professionalism, and timely manner

in which they perform their repairs. I WILL continue to deal with them

and not just with my Maveric but also with my Rolex.

VERY SLOW SERVICE...... SENT ALMOST NEW GUCCI WATCH IN ON DEC10TH

AND EXPECTED TO HEAR WORD ON THE REPAIR PROCESS WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. TWO WEEKS LATER, I CALL AND AM TOLD THEY HAVE NOT STARTED ON IT, AND IT WILL BE AFTER THEY RETURN FROM CLOSURE OVER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR UNTIL THE 30-35 DAY TURN AROUND BEGINS. THIS IS A WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICE? THEY SHOULD LOOK UP THE WORD SERVICE IN THE DICTIONARY, THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING A SERVICE AT ALL.
