In Short – A chic, sleek boutique, it's not. But those willing to look carefully will likely find a big-time bargain. The staff is helpful and knows the merchandise but doesn't provide extensive one-on-one attention or advice. Stores (particularly on weekends) can be swamped with brides-to-be. David's specializes in beaded satin A-lines and simple lace sheaths that just hit the $500 mark. Most labels are tasteful but of medium-quality: Gloria Vanderbilt, Lady Eleanor, Oleg Cassini and the likes.

Great service even without appointment

My mother and neice walked into Davids bridal without appointment and were searching for my flower girl and Brides maid dresses. Delia was so helpful in assisting us and recommending what to do about ordering and how long everything would take to be ordered. Great customer service!

Awful Day!

The excitement of shopping for my wedding dress with my mother, was "brutally sabotaged "by the horrible experience we encountered at the store in Miracle Mile, Coral Gables!
The culprit was the woman (Natasha) who instead of helping me find the dream dress of the most happiest day of my life, was rude and insulting! I am a size 12-14 (and that is not an uncommon size.!).....but she repeatedly said I was "too big".....and refused to bring me the dress I wanted. Even though I explained to her that I had already tried on the dress on a previous visit, but she said that I was too big and even though my mother kept telling her that I needed a size 12 or maybe a 14, she insisted on showing me only the dresses in a size18 and larger!!!!!!!
This awful woman ruined what was supposed to be my moment.......I left in tears and I hope no other bride will suffer under Natashas evil spell!
I know that her lack of simple people skills and professionalism should not reflect on David's Bridal stores, and I sincerely hope this issue can be addressed accordingly.
