Great Cut and Color!!

I came here based on the reviews that I read on this website. I called on a Saturday morning to check to see when their first appointment and they were able to squeeze me in! I booked it. I told the person that I have very fine hair, so I needed someone who can work well with fine hair. He said that Mickael is from France and he is accustomed to that type of hair.

I first sat in the chair and we are discussing what I am looking for in my color. After discussing, I found out that Mickael just moved to Miami from France 2 weeks ago and also just started at the salon. I have to admit, that I was a little nervous because I'm thinking "he's new" and you never know what to expect.

Well....the end result is beautiful! It is exactly the color that I wanted and my husband loves it too! The cut is beautiful too. He really listened and wanted to be sure that I was happy.

Thank you so much Mickael! I am happy to have found you. I will for sure be back...

Outstanding Salon!

I've been a client at the Ugo Di Roma Salon & Day Spa for over 20 years. After being greeted at the front desk by Gil or Miriam, I have a wide variety of services ranging from cut and color from Ugo, hair relaxing from Lionel, to mani, pedi, microdermabrasion and waxing from Elia. Throughout my 20 plus years there, the services have been outstanding, and the atmosphere warm, friendly, and caring. Service to the client is their foremost mission; every client is important from the new "walk-in" to the long-time people like me. For me it a relaxing place to be - stimulating conversations or sitting quietly. You'll find you and other clients become "salon friends".

Flavie one haircut and your hooked....

I had the great oppurtunity to have my hair done in a few days notice by Flavie which was amazing because normally the waite would have been longer but luckily I had two things on my side the first I was going that day with a friend to get her hair cut and the second (the best) she had a cancellation and could fit me in. Needless to say I took the appt. and I was hooked. From the moment I walked into the salon I felt like a Queen and let me tell you comming from a mother of 6 that says so much. Now lets get to the hair cut I sat in the chair didnt know what I wanted and with in what seemed like a blink of an eye I looked amazing and felt beautiful. It takes talent and confidence to do what Flavie did she transformed a taxi mom into a SUPERSTAR and let me tell you I feel great. I left 1 thing out I live in the Keyes Flavie is 2 hrs away in Miami and its worth every mile... Thanks Flavie...

Amazing Experience!

Just had my hair done yesterday by Moe and couldn't be happier! Being new to the area I was hesitant on where to trust someone with coloring and cutting my hair. Well I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was very nice and Moe worked his magic! The blonde highlights were perfect and the layering he created for my fine hair gives my hair so much movement. I highly recommend Moe to anyone for coloring and texturing!

Marvelous Marcia in the Company of Excellance

Just finished getting my hair and nails done at Ugo d'Roma's in the Grove. Love going there, visiting with friends. Always lots of great conversations and fun.

Today Ugo shared some Italian cooking secrets. Yum! Marcia, friendly, approachable & unpretentious, my stylist for the last couple of years, continues to amaze me. She's created texture and depth with highlights and low lights that are accentuated by the perfect cut for me. Length just to the top of the shoulders, softly layered yet easy to style without a lot of time. Kerastase products are the best. Super shampoo massages that melt the tension away by Rachel. Mani, pedi can't be beat with careful attention to detail by Elia, Zoraida and Liliana. See you there! You won't be disappointed. Pricing better than some others. Call Miriam today.
