This jeweler beats them all! Great customer service. I was assisted by a gentleman named Carlos who was very knowledgeable. I was offered a beverage upon arriving and was not charged for removing links from a watch that I received as a gift that was not purchased at this particular jeweler. I was so pleased with my overall experience that I will definitely be returning as a customer!

BEAUTIFUL jewelry & GREAT service!. Best jewelry store in Miami! Jewelry is amazing and staff in incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Maria H helped me with several of my purchases and has never pressured me into buying anything - extremely friendly and excellent customer service! There's something for everyone at this store - simply beautiful.

The Greatest Service. Before visiting H&H Jewels in Coconut Grove, I was beginning to think poor treatment and little to no service was the norm for jewelry stores. But Jasmine quickly proved that was not to be the case at H&H. That particular day I was looking for a new timepiece and really didn't have a specific one in mine. She patiently guided me through their wide collection, explaining in detail the different watches. Her level of product knowledge left me speechless and that's not easy to do. I must say that the well designed and organized store itself is it's greatest marketing tool, but staff like Jasmine add an amazing touch. Get there, ask for her and happy shopping!

Best Jewelry Store in Miami. H&H is by far the best jewelry store in Miami. Great inventory selection, beautiful clean store, and intelligent staff makes this store a hidden gem in Coconut Grove. Working with Jasmine on the selection of my watch was a excellent experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable and cares about her customers. Her consultative sales approach is hands down the best customer service I have received. I sincerely recommend working with her for your any of your watch or fine jewelry shopping needs.

The "No Pressure" Jewelry Store. When I was shopping for an engagement ring, I had tremendous anxiety on where to purchase it from. I was concerned that jewelers would overcharge me and not take the time to help me figure out the perfect ring for my perfect girlfriend.

Maria at H&H did exactly the opposite. She guided me through the whole process. She made me feel comfortable. She was sincere in her recommendations. Most importantly, she never pressured me at all to move forward with a purchase.

I am forever grateful for her patience and I will not buy jewelry from anywhere else but H&H!

AMAZING jewelry Store. Although this store has something amazing for everyone's budget, the overall quality and service are always first rate. Jasmine Mirpuri took the time to walk me through the entire engagement ring process. She now has a customer for life. Her service and attention to detail translated into a ring that gets complimented everywhere! I was so lucky to find this place. Definitely see Jasmine to treat yourself or your significant other to something truly beautiful and unique!

Came here for antique ring restoration. I was looking for a place to get an antique engagement ring restored and was recommended H&H by a number of friends. They all said that the staff here was so attentive to detail, I'd get much better service than any of the chain stores. I dropped my ring off on a Friday and they called a week or so later to tell me it was ready. I didn't tell my fiancee that it was ready because I wanted to surprise her. When they showed me the ring I couldn't believe that I was the same ring that I'd left with them. It looked better than brand-new and my fiancee cried all over again when I dropped into her work to give it to her. She showed it off even more now than when I first proposed.

The turn-around time, price, and quality of work all exceeded my expectations ten-fold. We'll be returning to H&H for our wedding bands and I'm certain that our experience with the ring restoration is indicative of the level of service we should expect.

Repeat Customer. Thank you to all the wonderful people at H&H for getting me through many Valentine's Days and for my recent engagement and marriage.

Jewelry shopping can be tough for guys, but thanks to all the wonderful ladies at H & H I always find the perfect present for my wife. They are always so helpful and they always get me a great price.

All of their jewelry is stunning and of amazing quality. My wife is always happy with the presents I get for her there and she gets compliments on it everywhere we go. I could never go anywhere else!

Engagement Ring Shopping. I went here looking for an engagement ring and had a very bad experience. I told the girl my price range was 6k and all she could show me was a 4k ring that wasn't the right cut diamond. When I mentioned this to her politely she was very rude. I felt as if they were looking at me like I was low class. I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Before going here I had a great experience at the Seybold building where I was able to see various options of settings, bands, and diamonds all at half the price of this place! Coming in to this place I felt like they were looking at me like I didn't look like I had enough money to be wasting their time. I told her my boyfriend was in the Navy and we decided I would pick out a style ring I like while he was gone and she didnt really seem to care at all.

Amazing Jewelry Store. I went here to buy a engagement ring for my fiancée on the recommendation from a friend. They have a beautiful selection of rings, much higher quality (imo) than many of the chain jewelry stores I had visited. I got some ideas from them and had them make a custom ring just the way I wanted it and my fiancée loves it! They actually make the rings there not just have a selection of ring settings that they clamp diamonds into. Now I want to take my fiancée back to look at their men's watches but am scared to because I know I wont be able to leave without her finding another piece of "must have" jewelry.
