Best Deli in Downtown Miami!. Metro Deli is by far the best deli in the downtown Miami area. The service is fast and friendly and the food is fantastic. Their sandwiches are always fresh and always delicious. The portions are incredibly large so I always feel that I've gotten my money's worth. The service is extremely speedy so I never have to worry about taking too long on my lunch break. My favorite sandwich from Metro Deli is their Reuben Sandwich. I've ordered many things on the menu and have never been disappointed. They have great Sandwich Specials as well so there is always something new, even for a regular customer like me. I give Metro Deli two-thumbs up!

Worst Sandwich Ever. The sign says deli and since 1942 so I thought why not? I ordered a soup, sandwich and drink and it came to $11.31. The large, hot pastrami sandwich I ordered was big, but it wasn't hot and didn't look like pastrami. It looked sort of like roast beef and tasted like bologna. After I tasted it and tried to eat it, I just couldn't and tossed it in the trash. Then I walked over to the Subway Sandwich place and got a sandwich for $3.00.
