Worst Customer Service EVER. Mediocre food.. Ordered from this place tonight. They completely got my order wrong. It happens, so I didn't make a big deal..I just called and told the guy that my order was wrong and to send the right order and that I would give the wrong order back to delivery guy (I live very close by). The guy said there was "NO WAY" they got the order wrong and said the only way he would do anything is if I personally went back there and showed it to him myself. So I did. Who the hell makes someone come to the restaurant to "prove" they made a mistake.

Anyway, I went and showed the Manager my order. Then he continues to tell me that somehow I was mistaken about what I ordered. Unbelievable. So after arguing with me for 5 minutes, he conceded and gave me my money back. No apology .. no attempt to correct my order. So after everything, I walked out of there, hungry as hell, with no food and only the money that I had given earlier.

That's what you call customer service, folks! Needless to say, I'm never going there again.

If you read other reviews on other websites, you'll see that half the people that go here received horrible service as well.

Great Place for Dinner and Drinks. My sister and I went there for drinks the first night we were in town. The bartender was so sweet and attentive. He told us stories about his family and even bought us a round for hanging out so long. We also ordered a plate of sushi and edamame as a late night snack. It was so good that we decided to go there for dinner the next day.

When we returned, we ordered a ton of sushi and chinese dishes. They were all excellent, and the food was so fresh. The waiter was very nice, although at one point he disappeared to go smoke.

When we go back to Miami, we are definitely eating here again.

Best Chinese Restaurant in Miami/South Florida. This restaurant has been there for years, it's hidden in the Doubletree Grand Hotel. Beautiful waterfront dinning, lower level open kitchen to the main dinning room, clean and entertaining, friendly and professional service with a full bar. Peking duck is my favorite, it's yummy, but not greasy at all, steamed sea bass is also to die for. It's traditional Chinese food with modern twist. They don't use MSG, a lot of vegetarian dishes. It's light and healthy, it is my opinion.

I have eaten there for more than 10 years, never disappointed. Highly recommended!

Always a Winner. Whenever I 'm in Miami I try to dine at Tony Chan's. The entire staff make it a memorable experience. The food is never disappointing. Year after year they continue to serve original fresh dishes with superb service. Waiters are attentive, filling and emptying as needed. Excellent wine list rounds out theperfect dining experience. My friends, family and colleagues are all impressed by this fabulous place.

It's as good as they say. But be prepared to pay.. In Short
Despite the somewhat stark setting, the place is comfortable, especially with views of the large galley kitchen or the wide Biscayne Bay. Formal but friendly waiters complete the elegant scene. The restaurant is famous for its Peking duck, and rightly so. Served with pancakes as an appetizer and stir-fried as a main course, it's utterly un-greasy and full of smoky, rich flavor. Plus, for $32.95, it's one of the best deals on the menu. Also good are the spring rolls, crispy pancake with minced chicken, and sea bass steamed in scallions, soy and ginger.
