If it fits on your head, this place has got it covered.. In Short
As the name suggests, this small space is heavy with hats, including dress and novelty hats. And if there were any confusion, a sign in the window announces the store's intentions: "personalize your hat." This the cheerful staff will do in spades. No design or verbiage is too risque. On a normal day, the place is busy with South American and European tourists; any hat that says Miami is a big seller.
