I wanted to buy an engagement ring and I was recommended by a friend to Richards. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their jewelry. I researched many jewelers and there is no question that Richards is the top notch! Their service is exceptional and they are very knowledgeable. Fernando worked very close with me to build the perfect ring and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. My fiancé LOVED her ring and is always getting compliments. My fiancé and I went back today to purchase our wedding bands. Both Fernando and Pablo were so nice and my fiancé was extremely impressed with the overall experience. We would highly recommend Richards Jewelry!

After reading glowing reviews for Richard's Gems and Jewelry, I visited Fernando to have several pieces reappraised. I am so very glad that I did. Fernando, along with Pablo and the entire team at Richard's is absolutely a pleasure to work with. I walked in during a very busy Friday afternoon, and I was immediately and very warmly greeted by Fernando. He is patient and really understands what it means to deliver excellent customer service. I highly recommend Fernando at Richard's to any and everyone for all their jewelry needs. Thank you to the entire staff. I look forward to visiting you again!
