It's been 5 months and I can still taste it !. OMG! If you want to "really" impress someone, take them here! This place truly defines delicious! The service was spectaculor. My husband took me for an anniversary lunch. Our hostess Mercy was soooo nice. She made us feel very comfortable despite the fact that we don't get out much! ( Small Kids)! We shared calamari, a salad, onion rings and of course a ribeye! I would truly be happy with that as my last meal !!! YUM, YUM

Average Upscale Steakhouse. My father and I went to CG for lunch on a Friday afternoon. After introducing himself the waiter disappeared. I had the burger, and pops had the lobster/crabcake sandwich. I also had a bowl of French Onion soup which came out cold, you cold tell it had been sitting in the back for a while. The food was pretty good, but not better than other fine steakhouses such as Morton's and Grazianos. Also, that night my father and I both felt sick. Aside from having amazing key lime pie, I could take it or leave it.

Best restaurant. Not what we expected, rude staff and manager , reservations not honored; food was fair but not what it was build up to be. Would not go back for the price.

"Hollywood Meets Steak.". When one savors the true taste of what a dry-aged, tender, well-seasoned, succulent piece of steak is like, only the privileged can validate to have placed their taste buds to the test to what The Capital Grille can provide. This had to have been the greatest time I have ever had in a restaurant next to "The Royal Treatment" I experienced at Baleen. The 24-oz. Signature Porterhouse was so profound and amazing, that after about a month, I could still savor the taste of it in my mouth. Like at Baleen, the manager, chef, and chief hostess, greeted me and my group graciously upon arrival. A private seating arrangement was made in the restaurant and the experience was simply amazing. Hollywood has met its match...in steak of course. -L.A.

Where Brickell fat cats come to sip gin and tonics and slice into aged cuts of beef.. In Short
Dim, masculine, wood-paneled rooms are decorated with hunting trophies mounted on the walls. The dinner crowd is elegantly casual, but during power lunches, you're likely to be surrounded by fat cats in business suits. Beef is the star attraction at this designer steakhouse chain, and is considered so precious it's stored in a large meat locker (for dry-aging) in the center of the dining room.

King for a day. Just walk into that restaurant and feel like a king. Super fancy ambiance yet not stuffy. Excellent service. Try the Dry aged ribeye.

Great service and food. We had a great server name Jack- he was pleasent and funny. Our reservations were at 10pm so I really didnt want to eat steak because i know that to digest it was going to be horrible. So i Order their lobster tail-AWSOME- try their great salads and Soups.. Great place to eat but very costly... we spent over $800 for a party of 6... Excellent place to dine.

Best Steak? Best Food? Naaaaaah!. I don't know where these other reviewers were eating but Capital Grille could HARDLY be considered the best in Miami in the best steak or best dining catagory. I ordered the filet mignon which was over cooked and burnt on places. It was hardly delicious. The presentation on the food was horrible. Considering that my filet was $32 and my 2 lb lobster was $42 you would think that beautiful trays of food would be coming out. But instead the lack luster appearance of the food combined with the so-so steak drained any enthusiasm left for your dining experience. I felt like I was eating at the Sizzler and not a highly recommened steak house.

Best Steak you will ever taste!. I am a steak lover and I've been to several steakhouses including Christy's. Captial Grille's meat is like none other, perhaps due to the fact that it is aged meat. I've been there about 5 times and each time the service has been phenomenal. The waiters are courteous and explain the dry aged process to you so you understand what it is your ordering. Nice ambience, not overcrowded- you definitely get your money's worth.
