OMG The BEST fast Caribbean food!. Well since I grew up in SoCal, I didnt kno that one could have caribbean food thru a drive thru...much less that it would be sooo incredible!!

If you have never had caribbean food, it is like asian fusion and old fashion western bbq put together...sooo yum!! I would suggest starting with a tropichop, which is grilled chicken with rice and veggies all diced up together. I'm not really big into the big hunk of meat, altho my husband loves their bbq chicken.

The tastes are sooo rich and flavorful. The price is right...only $6 or so. Trust me, this will start you onto a whole new food passion!! :)

Cashiers Need English and Customer Service courses. F.Y.Observation

The cashier could not speak english.the workers need to enroll in english &customer service courses.

I was born and raised in Miami, and then moved to Atlanta. I came back to Miami on a vacation and went to a Pollo Tropical on SW 152 St (Coral Reef). I came to the counter to order a leg quarter meal with rice and beans. The cashier could not speak English so the manager had to complete my order. I got the food and the chicken was not perfectly marinated or cooked enough to enjoy it. The regional managers or managers need to encourage their workers to enroll in English and customer service courses to understand on how to serve a customer better.

Yuck!. Pollo Tropical USED to be super-what happened? The food doesn't have the same quality it did a year ago. And the service-forget it! Someone needs to give some classes on manners here. Let's hope they decide to do something & go back to being a great lunchspot.

I loved it.. Great food, great prices. The sweet plantains are incredible! I eat them with the Chicken Tropic Chops and a mango smoothie... Delicious.

This is Great Fast Food. Food is Great but the service is average, Tasty fast food and not expensive, a great alternative for those willing to try something different, the service is not the best nor the worst, but it could be better.

Great Tasting food fast!. When I lived in Miami, this was my fav fast food restaurant to go to on my lunch break. It was fast and it tasted excellent! They marinade the chicken in this tropical spice marinade, butterfly it and grill it. I always ordered the Black Beans and rice as a side dish because this was a healthy choice and it tasted sooo good!
