The IC-Miami has the most professional and friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. I was there with friends for the week of New Years and had a fantastic time. Our room had a beautiful view of Biscayne Bay and had all the modern conviniences. The best thing about the hotel is their lobby bar. The bartenders were the friendliest and most knowledgeable we encountered in all of Miami. I will definitely be back!!!
