THEY DESERVE A NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. THEY DESERVE A NEGATIVE FIVE STARS. THIS IS THE WORST CAB EXPERIENCE EVER & I LIVED IN NYC FOR 8 YEARS! THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN. The cab driver didn't start the meter and gave me attitude when I asked him to start it. I forgot my luggage and the cab drove off quickly. 1-2 minutes later I called the company and WAS told crazy excuses like they have no way of locating cabs, another random company could using their receipts and HUNG UP ON ME. I called the police, who showed up at the apparently SHADY establishments. On guy helped when the police came knocking, he said my desRciption perfectly matched a guy BUT didn't have his phone number? and should call the next day. THE NEXT DAY THE GUY TOLD ME TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY, THEY ONLY HAD DRIVERS OF A DIFFERENT PROFILE AND HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! CALLED BACK AND THE NEXT GUY ALSO TOLD ME IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND YELLED ONE OF THESE DRIVERS COULD KILL SOMEONE AND NO ONE WOULD KNOW. NEVER USE THIS SHADY PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
Diamond Cab. Do not use this company under any circomstances. The people who answer the phone are rude and the taxi did not show up on time so I missed my flight.
Horrifying Experience!. It was a busy night in my neighborhood and my husband and I needed a cab. I called this taxi cab agency and from the moment the man picked up the phone his demeaner was already erroneous. He told me it would take 20 to 25 minutes. At that time I figured let me try to see if he can send someone right away since my destination was just 5 minutes away so I asked if there was any possiblity of sending a driver a bit earlier. He automatically began screaming at me and told me, pardon the language, that I was a b.... for asking such a thing. I was shocked that someone would treat a customer this way. I tried to reason with him and explain how unprofessional his behavior was, but he just kept screaming and using fowl language over and over again. I finally asked if I could speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. I asked for his name and he said Victor. When I asked for his last name he said sarcastically "What's your name, last name and social security number you b..." (pardon the language)at that point I just hung up the phone and began to cry. I was so frustrated and confused at what had just happened. This man clearly has a psychological disorder and should not be working at this place or any other place for that matter.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE, INEFFICIENT, RIDICULOUS AND INEPT. THEIR DRIVER SCRIBBLED THE COST OF A TRIP SO ILLEGIBLY I HAD TO CALL BACK AND ASK WHAT HE'D WRITTEN ON BEHALF OF MY BOSS. THEY HUNG UP ON ME. THEY ARE LAZY (OR JUST REALLY DISORGANIZED AND INCOMPETENT). AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
