Morales Moving. Good experience so far. They moved by office. Still have furniture in storage.
GREAT MOVING COMPANY!. I had a pretty good experience with these guys. They even stored my furniture for a few days in their warehouse before it was shipped out to Austria. My brother also used them to move to Oregon.
Horrible experience, missing and broken items, total lack of customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The first move Morales did for us involved packing a single family home and store all boxes and furniture in their storage for 3 months. After 3 monts when delivering to our new home, over 9 boxes were missing and furniture (buffet, table, ...) came back severely damaged. The second move involved packing and unpacking a 2 bedroom condo in the same day. Even with this simple move a box with precious items (and valuable) went "missing". Claims for both damaged/missing items moves went unanswered and Morales now "does not remember" he did these 2 moves for us. As a result he is refusing any damage payment for these 2 moves even though they were fully insured. A company like this lacking even the most basic ethics should not be in business.…
