Royal Rent-A-Car is Excellent!. I've traveled for many years, and have yet to find a rental company that come even close to Royal. Their staff is very friendly, their cars are all brand new and their rates are always cheaper then the rest of the guys. They are even located inside the new rental car center in Miami. I will always rent from Royal from now on. Strongly recommended!

Great cars, even better rates. Royal is one of the few independently owned car rental companies in South Florida. They offer late model cars at lower rates than the big names.

My experience was excellent and would recommend to all my friends and family.

Their website is clean and friendly, and booking online is quick and painless.

Worst car rental that ever exist. On July 26 i went to pick up my rental over at royal rent a car, a reservation that was made a month before. As my custom i always like to confirm my reservation the same day as i travel and my reservation was just waiting to be picked up. I get to royal to pick up my mininvan then all of a sudden the story changes that they never had nor have had any minivans at this site.Meanwhile that morning i spoke to someone and they said my reservation for the minivan was there. The funny thing is that we rent cars all the time and the other companies try to work with you and offer you something different. NOT ROYAL they wanted to give me a cargo van for 15 passengers when all i needed was a vehicle that holds 7. I sat there and argued with them because not only is it false advertisement but how dare you offer me a cargo van as if i was going to pick up passengers to go to church for heaven sake i was on vacation with my family what were these people thinking. Never did they offer me an suv nor a car at least they just wanted to stick me with a van that i did not like. All i have to say is BEWARE and stay away from this HORRIBLE company they are indeed garbage..

Don't waste your time with Royal!!. All I have to say is that this was the worst car rental experience that I've ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

HORRIBLE SERVICE...THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!. WORST car rental experience!!! Above I gave them a 1 star review, but in actuality they should get a zero star, but this site doesn't allow me to. I am a frequent traveller and I have rented cars from a lot of different companies, including both large and small companies and I have never had a problem. The company cancelled my reservation when my flight was delayed. I called them as soon as the plane landed and they hung up on me and then when I called back, no one picked up the phone. I had to take a cab to my hotel. The next morning when I called to get a car they told me to come in but when I got there they refused to honor the rates that my original reservation was made with. They even refused to pay for the cab that they made us take to their location, when they could've just told us over the phone that the rates would change. The manager and the agent at the front desk were both very RUDE and he refused to give us a car and increased they rate by $75 per day. PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
