It was so bad I had to write this review. Thought I was paying for quality furniture and customer service. I was wrong. My dresser has literally fallen apart (they assembled - I paid for that service). When I called to get it fixed they sent someone out with out confirming a time with me (I let that slide). I had a relative in town who let the El Dorado Representative in my home. This rep determined I needed a new dresser entirely. So when I got back to town I scheduled an appointment to get the dresser replaced. There response was "you signed off that everything was ok". Complete lie - furniture is junk and the customer service was beyond anything I have experienced. I'm a busy person so I don't normally write reviews but in this case I had to share this horrible experience. I am going to fight this but it will consume my time and energy. STAY AWAY!!
The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!.

We bought two futons and they have hounded us to sign a credit card voucher for two months. I have been billed by the credit card, paid for it and they are still calling.
The customer service is horrible, when they call they scream, pass the phone to each other.
WHAT A SHAME THIS STORE IS, FOUNDED BY A CUBAN! IT IS EMBARRASING.
4200 NW 167 th st, miami gardens fl 33054. esta es la peor tienda de muebles que yo he comprado, compre una mesa de base de marmol y al tiempo lo de adentro no era marmol era como un yezo, una tierra , fui al costumecare y me dijeron que eso era un golpe que yo le habia dado, ni si quiera mandaron un tecnico para ver, esa mesa no se le ha dado uso por que no tiene ni silla, son una falta de respeto y todavia estoy pagando la maldita mesa esa, yo deveria demandarlos a todos por que uno cada ves que va a esos lugares se matan por venderte algo y es una mierda. les doy un consejo ALEJENSE LO MAS LEJOS QUE PUEDAN DE AHI DEL DORADO.
Bad return. El dorado Furniture is not the place to buy anything from. If you return item purchased, getting a refund is absolutely terrible. They say refund in 5 days. Upon calling they then say 7 days. It is now 10 days and still no refund. BUYER BEWARE
Defective Furniture, Reckless Customer Service.
I just finished filing a Federal Trade Commision (FTC) complaint against El Dorado Furniture (Coconut Creek store).
The Queen bed that was delivered was defective. It is much larger than a Queen-size mattress. This makes the bad unsafe and unusable.
El Dorado acknowledged that all beds in this model are defective, however, they refuse to refund or issue me a store credit.
I strongly suggest you to file a complaint against them to FTC.
EL DORADO. producto de todo loq he pasado con esa tienda , por la falta de responsabilidad de los q diriguen el store ubicado en la 72 ave y la 14 str del nw , he comenzado un proceso con LA FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION, FTC. para q por lo menos conozcan el abuso excesivo contra los trabajadores de clase media q producto de una mala orientacion de los vendedores y su incapacidad, le quieran arrebatar el dinero a un trabajador , es una injusticioa las politicas q tienen , lean esto y orientence antes de entrar en esos store

Horrible Customer Service. TRUST ME!!! I never really write reviews, but my experience with them was soooo horrible that I felt the need to advise future buyers....Horrible service, faulty furniture, overpriced!!!! It has been three weeks and I am still waiting on my sofa to be fixed!!! Today I gave up and told them to refund my money and take the stupid sofa.. I would rather buy from WALMART than them ever again!! They snap at you and treat you like you are a 2 year old and a liar once you pay them.....don't do it.......
Horrible Customer Service!.
We bought a platform day bed with storage that looked expresso brown in the store. Once it arrived at my home I could see that it is cherry wood. It does not go with the rest of the furniture in the room and I am not happy with the piece and so I called the store where it was bought to see what could be done. First, I was told that it would be up to the sales person that sold this to us. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold. When Karen came back on the phone she told me she had spoken to a manager that was too busy to talk to me at the moment but would call me back. That was at 11am, I called again at 2:30pm and was told that the manager was out to lunch. I then received a call from the salesperson and I explained the situation and he told me I would need to speak to a manager. The manager, Mario Morales, then called me and spoke very rudely to me, that he had been busy all morning but that he was calling me now. He told me that El Dorado does not return anything that has been delivered. I found this incredible where in this day and age even mattress stores let you try mattresses in your home for your full satisfaction. I explained to him that even the paperwork says brown and it is cherry. He went on to tell me that everyone has a different perspective of "brown". I further explained that I wanted to exchange the platform bed for another item I found that is even more expensive; he snapped at me that that making an exchange is having to pick up the item and they don?t do that. I found his manner very rude and could see that El Dorado Furniture management does not believe in customer satisfaction. I am hoping that by taking this to an owner something can be done.
After sending this letter they reassured me once you buy an item in the store that is it and they were not pleasent about it! Will never shop there again!
