Great Job on Time!. This was the first company in the one year renovation of my home that did work on time and well. We had prior bad experiences so I demanded referrals, guarantees, time lines, etc. Armando Cabrera gave me the assurance of being licensed and insured, which was important because my area is under constant scrutiny by the Miami Beach authorities. The house was completely done the week before Thanksgiving, as promised.

When the new roof was put in they destroyed the painting done near the gutters. Armando came back and repaired their damage for almost nothing. i'm very pleased with his work and have recommended him to my friends (there are only 3 out of the 11 businesses that worked on my home that I'll do that for).

Avoid this company. Unfortunately I thought this company was a professional company. Almost a month after they started their job they are still working on my home, and I had to turn into a babysitter to make sure they are doing the right job. The ownner Mr. cabrera present himself as a friendly, and well versed person but as the job continues the lack of professionalism is present. Apparently they take to many jobs and they do not have enough workers to cover, so thay will start your job, will be absent for a week, paint another little bit and disapear for another 4 or 5 days. So I advise you that before you do bussiness with this company get every datail in writing and be in top of them as a hawk!
