Dollar Rent A Car

Scamming Customers for $50. Clerk at "Dollar Rent A Car" in Miami Airport frivolously added $50 of charges, that he said were "Required by Florida law". It turned out that those charges were not required at all. It's a bad business to lie to customers, especially that you just want to get a car and drive to hotel after 10 hours of flight.

"Required by Florida Law" I can't believe clerk actually said that.

In the end it turned out that I had to pay $130.20/day for a Compact Car. Of course, I returned it same day, and wrote a complaint that manager said they will discuss and contact me. Of course, they never contacted me and just charged the outrageous amount directly to my credit card. I am working with my credit card company now to remove that charge.

After returning car to "Dollar Rent a Crap", I rented a car from "Enterprise" without any stupid charges.

And guess what, "Enterprise" cost me $235 for 6 days, which means $39/day.

"Dollar Rent A Car" cost me $130/day. Ridiculous.…
