Anniversary Flowers. My husband sent me a beautiful bouquet from Pekin Florist on 7th Street. I recommended this florist to him a few years ago because I have used them several times and was very pleased. However, this time my flowers did not last two days. I contacted Pekin florist and spoke to the owner. She suggested I return the flowers to the florist which is nowhere near me and they will take a look at them to see if the flowers can be replaced. I told her I am at work and do not work near the florist. I contacted my husband to tell him but he could not return the flowers because he also was at work. We will not be using Pekin Florist ever again. I was very dissatisfed.

Excellent Florist I Highly Recommend It. Pekin did my Mom's 70th Birthday Party Arrangements and they were just breath taking absolutely beautiful. They made the delivery way in advance to my pleasure. I also have used them for several funeral floral arrangements and have always been very pleased with the outstanding work. Pekin give your floral arrangments a personal touch not just ordinary floral arrangements, but they are unique and beautiful. Quality Flowers you get more for your buck at Pekin. I am so glad that I chose them they were highly recommended to me by and friend. And now I high recommend them to everyone I know.

Imcompetent and Rude. Pekin Flowers in Miami was horrible. I ordered two bouquets of flowers for the church on my wedding day. I ordered and pre-paid the full amount two weeks before the wedding. I asked that the flowers be delivered an hour before the wedding started. I pre-paid for delivery. The day of the wedding I arrived to find that the flowers were not there (I got there about 30 minutes before the ceremony as my wife and I could not afford a wedding planner). The flowers were not there. I called Pekin to inquiry about this. The person who answered the phone laughed at me when I told her that I was expecting flowers at that moment at my wedding. When I continued to try to talk to her to get some answers she hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked to speak with the manager. I was almost late for my own wedding as I spent close to 30 minutes arguing with the manager. The manager spent most of this time denying that I ordered any flowers and paid for the order. At the end she said that I paid for someone else's account and it was my fault. I reminded her that when I paid I gave them my fiancees name and address and if they applied the payment to someone else's wedding it was their fault. The manager refused to have flowers delivered or even discuss ways to fix the problem they created. I had to threaten to go to court with them to even get reimbursed for my payment. My wife noticed the flowers were not there. It hurt me. These people were not only incompetent but couldn't care less if they screwed up.

Best Flower shop in Miami. I must say that this flower shop has the best customer service I have ever encountered in any business period. My dad passed away and the person who took my order, Alfonso, was very sympathetic and understanding and did not try to make money out of a sad situation like most of the flower shops that I have received estimates on. He asked me what my budget was and sent the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen in my life. That time in my life was very difficult, but Alfonso made that part a little easier for me. I have been shopping there ever since. I always get good quality flowers and Pekin Flowers stands by their product 100%. They also have flowers that no other flower shop has. I will always be a lifetime customer of Pekin Flowers by Lizcano.

Could NEVER buy anywhere else!. I have been a customer for a looong time and I have always been amazed by bouquets, coronas and baskets made by PEKIN FLOWERS.

They give suggestions and help inspire ideas and have a way of materializing what one wants to say with flowers.

I COULD NEVER SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
