Worst service ever. Worst service ever!!! Recently started renovating the bathrooms in our new home. The first time we went there, we were impressed by the great variety of tiles they had. However, the lady that "helped" us seemed to be in a rush and was not really answering our questions clearly. We said, fine, maybe she's just having a bad day. We bought from them anyways.

We went for a second time for more supplies and this time around has been a nightmare!!! We ordered some pieces that needed to be custom cut. We have had to pick up and return the order 3 times already as they keep doing it wrong. On top of it, every time they tell us that it is going to be ready by X day, it is not actually ready until 2 days later. Today, we hope they finally got it right, but however, guess what? they in deed cut it right this time, but the finish was horrible. So we had to go back again. Our project has been on hold for almost 2 weeks now because of this!!! Plus, we asked them if they could refund us, however they said no stating it is not their fault... really?!!!

Another thing: the cashier is always on a bad mood and has a tone of arrogance in her voice and does not know to treat customers at all. She is young, what a shame.

So in summary, I am not going back with them ever!!! Don't waste your time and patience. Worst customer service ever. They are always right and never the customer.…
