Stopped in there in December and bought several Pairs of sandels. Being from Utah didn't wear many till this summer. Had one pair that turned out to be defective and could not find the manufacture on line. Made one phone call to these people and they bent over backwards to help me. Got the sandels replaced. Thanks so much guys we will be back this year

If you like sandals and you like a good selection, don't pass up this outlet or its sister store in Islamorada. Unbelievable store. Very crowded but worth the stop. Men's shoes also available as well as some tee shirts and sunglasses also at good prices. I was surprised at the quality of brands, such as Born, Mephisto, Naturalizer and Aerosoles, just to name but a few. During our recent trip to the Keys, we purchased eight pair of shoes at both outlets. If you check the back of the Key Largo store, there is a discount section that takes some time to shop, but is also worth it. Staff is friendly and helpful, too. Even if you don't need a new pair of sandals, take a few minutes to stop and browse. You won't be sorry.
Pros: Service if you want it and great selection
Cons: Store is crowded with shelves so it is difficult to move around easily
