Greatest Park I know. Great Park

Being a Canadian and having lived at Pine Isle Park for 10 winters of 6 months each time, I find the park to be most welcoming to us Canadians. Some Americans living there did not appreciate our coming there for the winters but most agreed to our coming as it helped bringing life to that great park. A few problems with the park was that not much money is spent to keep the park inviting to new customers. A little cheap on their part as they make good money from all the Canadians as well as the Americans living there..Now, being a little old to keep going for 6 months, i plan to get down there 2 or 3 months after the Xmas season to take part of the great activities organized by my friends Canadians...

Unsafe Park. Be careful in this park. Contact Miami-Dade police before you visit ask for history on park police reports and calls. Check out backround on owners ... Many drug problems in the park and surrounding area. Backround checks not done on residents, On going problems. Outer shopping is great,

Office personal is terrible. Don't be taken in because lots are larger. You cannot walk the streets at night.

Love this place. Great place, friendly people, great location, best value in Florida. Grounds are well kept, beautiful heated pool. The lots are big and well maintained. The staff are very friendly anf helpful. Hard to find anything to complain about.

Pine Isle Mobile Home Park. I have been living in this park for over 10 yrs.When I first moved there there were not many Canadians yet The pool is working all of the time there.The grounds are well kept. The lots are maintained by the renters and are very well kept.There are lots of activities in this park.THe lots are big also.The rent is very reasonable.

Pine Isle Mobile Home Cmnty. I lived there when the park was first opened in '71. My husband and were married in Aug and he was in the Army. This was our first assignment after he had gone to school. We bought our trailer and moved in around Oct. We sold the trailer in May of '73. It was a really nice place back then. I am so sorry to hear that it has gone down hill. We loved living there, but knew that we would eventually have to leave and moved to Naranja Lakes and 3 mos later he got orders for Korea. We have not been back since, but would love to see the changes in the area. I am so sorry that you have all had to endure what you are going through! God bless and I hope you can get something done. Don't go. This place is not good at all, close to supermarket, fast food and all but would not recommend it to now one I know. The management is poorly and the person in the office is rude, not profesional at all. The ammenities and the site are not the same don't be fool by there web site totaly different from it.

They don't take care of anything the lawn, club, pool etc. Not a place to stay and have fun. Don't go to this place pay a little bit more and stay somewere else and listen to this you wont regret it.

AWEFUL, NOT RECCOMMENDED. BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE BROKEN, NO LEGAL TIEDOWNS ON THE MAJORITY OF MOBILE HOMES ALONG WITH OTHER CODE ENFORCEMENT VIOLATIONS.. RENT IS RASIED UP TO $300.00 PER MONTH, BUT YET THE POOL IS IN BAD CONDITION AND CLOSED, LAWNS ARE NOT KEPT UP. THREE GARBAGE CANS ARE ALL WE HAE FOR GARBAGE. NO REPAIRS ARE EVER MADE. ABANDON MOBILE HOMES IN BAD CONDITION EVERYWHERE. IN THE WINTER SNOWBIRDS LIVE IN THE STREETS TALKING INTO LATE NIGHT KEEPING HOME OWNERS AWAKE WHEN THEY HAVE TO WORK THE NEXT DAY. OFFICE STAFF IS UNREASONABLE. ILLEGAL STREET SIGNS ARE POSTED BY THE CANDADIAN SNOWBIRDS. WASHERS AND DRYERS ARE BROKEN ALL THE TIME. CONSTANT HARRASSMENT BY PARK EMPLOYEES. THE PARK IS IN TRUST SO THEY FEEL THEY ARE UNTOUCHABLE. AWEFUL PLACE TO LIVE.

Poor management. Poor maintenance. Staff not trustworthy. Pool is closed more than open. Office closed during regular work hours. Security guard no longer exists. Campers allowed to store RV without being tied down. Loose items left by part time RV users are danger during hurricanes. No communication with full time residents. Management doesn't follow rules set down in perspectus.
