Chevron Harris Field.
Stopped to gas up on 12/04/07 around 6 pm, the employee was rude and inexperience. I informed him to turn the lights on because it was dark outside, and told him it was good for his safety and for the customers too. Then I presented my Chevron credit card...He then told me, instead of explaining that the system was down, that he did not recognized my face and will not sale me gas. I provided additional identifications and told him I was a regular costumer and usually I stopped to gas up in the morning. The thin Latin male stated it does not matter, I do not know who you are and will not sale you gas. I then left to another gas station. I will not use your gas station in the future, instead I will apply for another gas card instead of Chevron. This employee needs customer service training.
