Best plumbing company in town!. Abosolutly the best and most knowledgable plmubing company in town. Rich was totally awesome! On time, great work, with no mess at all. I won't call any other plumbing comapny again. Don the manager stoped by to check on the work and was super professional, and only wanted to make me happy. Thank you A to Z!!!!

System Cleaning. I had A to Z come out to my home and do a system cleaning, and replace my toilet. Technician that came out was so professional and courteous. They were shoe covers and very neat and clean. Their price was reasonable. I would use them again.

Not so good planning and plumbing..... Got estimate on work to be done, set price, date, who was to do work- all agreed upon in writing. Rude company rep called at start time to say they were sending a different worker- no apology just bluster. A female dispacher and then a mgr both with 'take it or leave it attitudes", not the appropriate postures considering all.

I knew from first tech that there had been a schedule conflict for him that was created after he confimed my job, because he asked to change the date. I also knew that alternate jjob was for the manager's brother (The SAME mgr who was now rude to me and tried to push me off; he admitted as much when i told him what i knew- NOT cool fella). First tech and i had worked out an alternate plan/ solution when the problem first arose, and now here we go a second time!?.And at the start time? Second set of plans were supposedly confirmed by office too, but who knows?

Now, at start time first tech is suddenly "sick" and no one can "reach him". Is anyone is telling the truth here?

Asked to speak to owner.., he is "traveling out of country" with no known return date. When the traveling plumber -owner returns i will have a few words with him. The whole situation smells like bad plumbing.

NOT the way to maintain a reputation.

How can you trust their plumbing if you can't trust their words?? Caught them in a mess of lies.

Several hours of repairs later--- SAME LEAK.

A to Z bad plumbing. STAY AWAY from these liars.liars.liars.
