Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I used Varadero for my youngest daughter's 15 and I had the worst experience with them. I had to call them everyday just to be able to see the negatives of the pictures to choose the enlargement for the banquet hall. The pictures were taken in early december and we did not see them until 2 weeks before the party which were in the end of january. i actually believed my daughter's picture were never going to be seen again. This never happened to me anywhere else not with my oldest daughters thankfully we used another studio. I do not reccommend this studio to anyone (it will be money wrongly spent) needless to say Im not even going to use this for my daughter's wedding who is getting married in 5 months. It was terrible, terrible, terrible.

Horrible. My experience with this company was and its still bad. I got married almost 3 months ago and I have yet to see my pictures. I keep calling them and all they tell me are excuses after excuses. no they're not ready, machine broke, you need to talk to the owner, etc..... Starting with 1-they open at 2pm on the weekday., 2- on Saturday they open late and they close early. so you only have a 3hr window if you need anything from them on Saturdays.., 3- They're closed on Sundays., & 4- they don't speak any English and they're in Miami Spring. How do they have business???? I'm very dissapointed in this place and I would not recommend it.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. I had my daughter's 15 with them and it was the best experience. Very professional, patience the staff is very friendly. Jose has a lot of experience with photo & video. They are the best with 15'ra and making video clips. I have seen their album for wedding that are stoning beautiful. You don't have to wait months to get your pictures or video within 2-3 weeks after the party I got all my pictures and video. Very reasonable prices. Their studio is clean and has a lot of backgrounds for the studio pictures.

I highly recommend this place.

Once again Great Service. Great great great pictures ,I cant really ask for more ... Extremelly happy with the work the have done... AAA+++++
