In Short – Almost always mobbed, the Baja California-esque Sandbar is an excellent place to be beached. On any given night, a sea of people, including well-schooled University of Miami Law School students discussing torts over many a pitcher of beer, can be found lounging. There's decent and reasonably priced bar fare; a sporting event is usually playing on one of the 31 televisions and there's often a DJ spinning into the wee hours.
