Great Hip hop music and friendly staff!. I have been to this club a couple of times because I live on South Beach....The DJ's play the best hip hop music. The staff is really nice and the drinks are really strong. Of all the pretentious clubs on the beach, Sobe Live is definitely not one of those. The people are a bit young though. If you want to listen to GREAT hip hop music this is the club. I have been there on a slow night and on nights where you could not move. I think it really depends on the time of the year. This is really more of a touristy club! I would recommend it if you are tired of the garbage from other clubs that want to seem as though they are full of beautiful snobby losers and bad hip hop music......

Cool to get the night started. My sister and I went to this club Dec 16 which was a Saturday. Although we got there around 2 am, it seemed empty. The bartendar was very cool and convesational. She even did a shot with us while we looked around the room for any nice looking guys. I did notice that most of the people there were not cute. Seemed like all the people who couldn't get in at the club next door (which boost about having beautiful people) came to SoBe Live. Which is why after about 30 - 45 minutes we left. We were ready to see some cute guys. The drinks were cool. I did appreciate I could tell there was alcohol in my drink. While we didn't stay live, it was only because the people in there were corny and seemed to be a crowd around the age of 22-25 and we were looking for a crowd more sophisticated. The music was cool. It was a mix of hip hop, reggaeton, soul, with a little pop. Nothing out of the ordinary. There was a definite dance floor which was a good thing. I would go back there as a warm up before I went to another club or just for something to do on a chill. I would probably go there and just sit at the bar for a while since the staff was very cool.

HIP HOP IN STYLE !. I visited Sobe Live on a Friday night and it was cool. DJ spins mainly new HIP HOP and RnB Hits. Drinks are OK. But the environment is really fun. A MUST FOR FOR THE "HIP HOP HEAD" ! DJ plays ALL the hot songs !They sometimes have celebrity guests. They also have strip poles on a stage for girls that wanna have a "little more fun" . Great times !
