In Short
The Biltmore has seen Miami's fortunes rise, fall and rise again. Built in 1925 by George Merrick, who was inspired by the famous Giralda Tower at the Cathedral of Seville, the hotel was intended to be the ultimate resort for movie stars and the super-wealthy. Besides "Tarzan" and ballroom queen Ginger Rogers, Al Capone was a regular here, and you can still tour his 13th-floor suite.

The Best! There's nothing left out at thisdine-around-the-courtyard buffet experience! The best is (surprisingly) the sushi station. Though might be a little pricey.

I love brunch. Its the best way to enjoy family on a late Sunday morning after church or for a special occasion. The best brunch I've experienced has been at the Biltmore. You can practically have breakfast, then lunch. The buffet consists of every food you can ever want in a day, from an excellent sushi bar to pasta, salad, caviar, dessert and of course the wonderful breakfast bar with your costume-made omlette. The meal is complimented with a wonderful ambiance of classical guitar playing everyones classical favorites from Kansas' "Dust in the Wind" to traditional spanish songs. It might get too hot during the summer, the buffet is outside, but for the other 8 months of the year, you just can't miss out!
