Fantastac Food And Healthy too!!!!!!!!!!!!. My father's office is in the Biscayne Building a few doors down, I often would meet him for lunch when I was younger. Where do you want to eat he would ask-- Where else I would respond. The food and quality is always excellent. Also a nice refreshing glass of carrot juice is always excellent!! Unfortunately with my work schedule and he is now semi retired I do not eat there as often but I know Mr Fields will uphold the highest quality that he always has.

Best Organic and healthy meals ever!. Granny Feelgoods has it all! The choices an endless to cover all tastes including vegetarian and non-vegetarian. There is something for everyone. The staff is super friendly, you can even speak with the owner! The portions are huge! The taste is delightful! I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Whenever I go Downtown, my lunch spot is Granny Feelgoods!

Unbelievable. What a place! It is beautiful, the food is plentifull, and the staff is outstanding. I don't know what the previous review was all about, so I can assume the person was simply not in the mood to eat out. This place is fresh and is the only full service high end restaurant in Downtown Miami. You don't have to be a vegetarian because they serve chicken, steak, and pastas. If you are a vegeterian try the Tofu Special or High protein Salad...Wow!! I hope they open one in every corner of the globe. If you don't have one in your neighbor hood then you should call them and ask them to come.

I eat there now five days a week for breakfast and lunch...wow.wow.wow.

Poor Service. The service at Granny Fell Good's is extraordinarily poor. The staff habitually gets orders completely wrong, and the cashiers are defensive and outright rude. As one of the very few sit down lunch eateries in its section of downtown Miami, Granny's gets away with its poor service as its patrons have few choices for comparable food in the area.
